Vanessa enjoys offering insight and solutions to empower people to take charge of their health, through her mind-body mastery group coaching and workshops, to teach the life skills to stay well.

Her training over 25+ years includes degrees in functional nutrition therapy as well as certificates in health coaching, culinary medicine, kitchen herbs, ayurvedic philosophy and massage, aromatherapy massage, yoga, meditation, reiki and EFT.

She has specialist training in gut health, healthy aging, weight management, natural fertility, pregnancy and birthing and family wellbeing.

Her key focus is in self-care and the stress responce, preventive wellbeing and sustainable living. She sees our environment as a key player in our wellbeing and has researched wellness in the built environment with Fitwel.

Recipe & Concept Menu Creation

Vanessa is experienced to advise if you want to create a specialized meal plan. She has specialist training in meals plans for Low FODMAP, GAPS, Paleo, Gluten and Dairy free, Anti-inflammatory, Elimination, Longevity, Low Glycaemic, Cleanses and Detoxes, Gut and Liver support, Natural fertility boosting, Weight management, Healthy aging etc.

She can also create simple meal plans and baking recipes based on wholefood mediterranean, plant forward, whole food, pescatarian and flexitarian diets.

She uses principles of functional nutrition, culinary medicine and culinary herbalism to create recipes and menus that help bring you back into balance.

Sometimes sharing a wellbeing journey with a group of friends is the best road to success. With friends we can be open, share experiences, have fun and hold each other accountable.

If you have a group of friends who’d love to share a wellbeing experience with, Vanessa can come to your home and teach her 4 week self-care course with an added personal touch.

The host receives a complimentary pantry makeover as part of the course, free products from Repose NY and 45 min 1:1 coaching session.

Pantry Makeover & 1:1 Coaching

There are times when we need a guide, a supportive ear, a word of encouragement or someone to hold us to the promises we make to ourselves.

Vanessa’s approach is to encourage you to be your own health coach.

She will help you see where you have come from through your health history and past habits, what your current wellbeing is, where it is you’d rather be and then help you create a plan of daily habits that will help you can reach your goals.
